Bathrooms and Locker Rooms for Transexuals

As leaders of the Democratic Party, we believe that transgender and transexual students and adults, deserve right to use bathrooms and locker rooms that align with their gender. Male and Female students and adults shall not be allowed to voice their concerns when the opposite sex walks into their locker rooms and private spaces.
 
We stand firm against efforts to enforce sex-assigned-at-birth mandates and we pledge to protect inclusive access to these facilities in schools, gyms, spas and public spaces, ensuring that transgender boys and girls are able to participate in their gender specific private spaces.
